Lesson Fees
- 30-Minute Lesson: $32.50
- 60-Minute Lesson: $60.00
Prices are subject to change. A 60-day advance notice will be provided for any rate adjustments.
Payment Deadlines and Billing
- Monthly Billing: Payments are due seven (7) days prior to the first of each month.
- Semester Billing: Payment is due before the start of the semester.
- Late Fee: A $6.50 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 2nd of the month.
- Lesson Suspension: No lessons will be provided if there is an outstanding balance after the 2nd of the month.
- Semester Billing Discount: A 5% discount is applied when the total semester fee is paid in full.
- Registration Fee: A one-time $15.00 registration fee is required for new clients.
Payment Method
- Recurring credit card or ACH bank transfer is the only accepted payment method.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are given for missed lessons unless agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.
- Discontinuing lessons without 30 days’ written notice may result in forfeiture of remaining lesson fees.
- The Company may offer a credit for future lessons in such cases.
Missed Sessions & Make-Up Lessons
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations via email, text, phone, or Opus1.io client portal.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Make-Up Lessons:
- Clients are allowed two make-up lessons per month for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled.
- Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 60 days using the Opus1.io client portal.
Attendance Expectations
- Regular and punctual attendance is expected for all students.
- Inconsistent attendance may result in the loss of the reserved lesson time slot.
Lesson Cancellation Policy
- Instructor Cancellations: The Instructor reserves the right to cancel lessons due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, scheduling conflicts).
- Rescheduling/Proration: In case of instructor cancellation, students will be offered the option to reschedule or have the lesson fee prorated to the next billing cycle.
- Weather & Unforeseen Closures: The Company reserves the right to reschedule or prorate lessons due to severe weather conditions or other unavoidable events.
Absentee Policy
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Clients must finalize their lesson schedule at least eight (8) days before the first of the month via the Opus1.io portal. Any changes made after this deadline will be treated as make-ups.
