Artist Statement

My goal as an educator is to create an environment where my students will feel safe and seen. When our students feel safe and seen, they are motivated to work hard and become the best musicians they can be. With that connection, my motto has been “meet students where they are.” Everyone has their own individual learning journey, and I customize my teaching to fit all journeys.
